Mott. The company consists of two divisions; the Industrial Division which produces large chemical filtration systems and specialty porous devices, and the High Purity Division which produces filters for semiconductor quality gases. This position is primarily responsible for granting credit to new or existing customers based on established company guidelines. Also maintains all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, processing credit card activity, posting cash receipts, preparing bank deposits, and following up with customers on the collection of outstanding invoices. This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent in addition to 3 to 5 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Dun & Bradstreet or other credit reporting tools a plus. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and is self-directed.
