Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location:  Downton Austin, TX (North of the Campus)

Salary: $85,000-$100,000K

Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday

Parking: Free Parking

What You’ll Do:

• Manage property accounting responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Support audit processes, both internal and external
• Maintain and manage entries and reporting in QuickBooks
• Collaborate with leadership on monthly closes and strategic financial initiatives

What You Bring:

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Prior exposure to property accounting
• Solid understanding or hands-on experience in tax accounting
• Familiarity with audit procedures and requirements
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Yardi
• Background with KPMG or Big Four accounting firms
