Accounting Manager

About the Role:

The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This position is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting processes, including bank reconciliations, job costing, and maintaining the general ledger. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including full cycle accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
• Experience with accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting systems.
