About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including full cycle accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
- Experience with accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks .
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting systems.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.
