Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring vendor set-up and payables are processed accurately and on time.
- Handling all data entry related to accounts payable, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payable checks for approval.
- Collaborating with the Accounting Manager to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including MIS.
- Analyzing, reconciling, and balancing the general ledger.
- Maintaining organized and accessible records.
- Working closely with the Accounting Manager to complete all necessary accounting tasks.
- Assisting with Human Resources tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role, with the following qualifications:
- An associate's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in technology, particularly intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to organize, prioritize work, and adapt to changes quickly.
- Independence in work, with a keen eye for internal controls and safeguarding company assets.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service to management.
