Director of Compliance (Hybrid/Remote)

A leading provider of digital and print solutions for the financial services industry is seeking a Director of Compliance to oversee regulatory, privacy, and risk management programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, working cross-functionally with business leaders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or Remote flexibility)

Term: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead compliance and privacy programs in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on GLBA, CCPA, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and vendor due diligence to mitigate compliance risks.
• Oversee incident response, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security teams to ensure compliance in new initiatives.
• Manage compliance training, policy development, and third-party risk management.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in compliance, privacy, or risk management within financial services, technology, or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, CRISC, or CISSP preferred.
• Experience with vendor compliance, privacy governance, and client regulatory requests.
