We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to be part of our finance transformation team. This role is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by developing financial models, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing strategic insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, financial systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Finance organizations business intelligence and data analytics function including the following:
- Partner with IT and Commercial Finance to develop sales forecasting and sales analytics capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with Finance leadership team in order to coordinate cross functional development
- Coordinate critical interconnected projects, escalate key decisions, roadblocks and timelines to steering committee and ensure that any dependencies are identified, communicated and cleared.
- Provide regular reporting to Finance and Executive Management related to Finance Transformation process, including assessment of critical gaps, planned enhancements, and process to goals.
- Support the assessment and coordination of organizational needs, including monitoring budgets, staffing, organization, and systems.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance analytics, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or business intelligence
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience in working with BI tool such as Power BI with ability to build dashboards, queries, and data models
- Basic knowledge of Snowflake and/or other Enterprise Data Warehouses
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional team across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and financial analysis skills
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics in finance
- Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, Salesforce, and Oracle EPM
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
