Title: Director of Finance
Location: 5 days onsite in Coos, Bay, Oregon (Relocation Assistance can be provided)
Salary: Up to $155K DOE + Relocation Assistance + Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage cash flow and risk.
• Collaborate with senior management.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall accounting experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role, overseeing accounting teams.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment (casinos, gaming, banking, securities, investments, or other highly regulated industry).
• Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
