Accounts Payable Clerk / Retail Store Supervisor

New Asia FSE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk / Retail Store Supervisor in El Monte, CA 91731. This position requires in-person work and offers a competitive pay.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Manage full cycle accounts payable processes
2. Knowledge in Quickbook Enterprises, claims, shipping, etc.
3. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
4. Prepare 1099 forms
5. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
6. Assist retail store operations and all staff
7. Process claims from both customers and vendors
8. Any tasks or duties given which are not listed above
