The Compensation Analyst helps program management in partnership with the Compensation team to ensure business services, managers and leadership receives timely and accurate information about pay programs and practices. This position will also ensure that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy. **SALARY** The pay range for this position is $30.52 (entry-level qualifications) - $45.79 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE** + Helps Compensation management in partnership with the Senior Compensation Consultants to gather, extract, compile, report and audit data (employee or job) while ensuring data is accurate and meets the needs of the department or requestor. + Reviews ServiceNow (SNOW), Taleo or Management Self Service (MSS) requests and resolves, distributes or escalates requests to others to ensure a timely resolution. + Tracks and documents requests to ensure established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. + Researches, gathers data and performs statistical testing and interpretation of data to give solutions and recommendations. + Helps the Compensation Team in partnership with others to ensure all required processes to identify, plan, develop and deliver compensation services are clearly documented and current. + Creates compensation related materials for training, knowledge base, job aides or other needs to ensure all materials are accurate and reflective of the processes. + Develops socialization materials such as presentations and question and answer documents for internal and external use, as requested. + Maintains and runs periodic and ad-hoc reports on compensation related data from the HRIS system. **KEY SUCCESS FACTORS** + 1 year of experience in Compensation, Analytics or HR related field. + Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required. + Knowledge of health care industry is preferred. + Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing. + Ability to research, examine and disseminate information. + Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines. + Able to balance many demands and respond to time constraints. **BENEFITS** Our competitive benefits package includes the following + Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits + 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% + Tuition Reimbursement + PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **QUALIFICATIONS** + EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification + EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of ExperienceAs a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
