We are a Certified Public Accounting Firm furnishing all types of confidential accounting and tax services for the Middle Tennessee area. We are a small, closely knit group who work well together to serve our clients.

We offer tax preparation. Tax prep services offered are varied. We can prepare state returns, estate and trust returns, corporate and partnership returns, as well as federal individual returns. We offer business tax consultations and new business start-up. Also offered is bookkeeping services, compilation, attestation services, payroll services, payroll tax services, and over-the-road truck tax filings.
