LACC, LLC
LACC, LLC (“LACC”) makes ethylene from its feedstock of ethane. The vision for LACC began when Lotte Chemical USA Corporation (“LC USA”) and Axiall Corporation (“AXIALL”) decided to form a joint venture. In late 2016, Westlake Chemical purchased Axiall. At the time Axiall owned 10% of LACC and today LC USA and Westlake have a true partnership with LACC being a 50/50 joint venture.

Lotte Chemical Louisiana LLC
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Lotte Chemical USA Corporation (“LC USA”), Lotte Chemical Louisiana LLC (“LCLA”) uses the ethylene from LACC as its feedstock.
