Job Title: Accounting AssociateJob Description
This Accounting Associate will be responsible for processing over 100 invoices on a weekly basis, working with vendors, and preparing incoming ACH, check, and wire payments. They will also support accounts receivables by creating and sending out bills.
Responsibilities
Process over 100 invoices on a weekly basis.
Work with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
Prepare incoming ACH, check, and wire payments.
Support accounts receivables by creating and sending out bills.
Maintain and work within spreadsheets in Excel.
Essential Skills
Experience with invoicing and vendor maintenance.
Proficient in using large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, NetSuite, or Infor.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (for candidates with no experience).
GPA over 3.0 (for candidates with no experience).
Proficiency in using pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with intercompany billing.
Experience with accounts payable and data entry.
Experience with expense reports, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Work Environment
The work schedule is remote on Mondays and Fridays, and onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Flexible office hours allow you to start between 6:30-8:30 am. The company offers a hybrid schedule with two extra remote days each month.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57000.00 - $62500.00/yr.
