Covered parking Downtown, lovely office building with lunch options and coffee bar Friendly and flexible work environment The AP Coordinator will interact with payables and internal team members RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP COORDINATOR The AP Coordinator will be responsible reviewing, coding, and processing invoices The AP Coordinator will assist with check run, vendor reconciliations, and AP journal entry posting Assist with general accounting functions such as month-end prep EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE AP COORDINATOR ROLE: Must have experience with high-volume Payables Strong computer skills and competency in general accounting, able to navigate new systems with ease Post-secondary education is a plus, but not a must Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
