Corporate Finance Manager Treasury
We are looking to hire someone to work in our Columbus, Ohio office on a hybrid schedule (2 days a week in office-moving to 3 days a week in office in September)
Job Summary
This position reports to the Assistant Treasurer and has the primary responsibility for managing internal and external financing needs of NiSource and all its subsidiaries. This includes analyzing and modeling complex financing and financial risk management strategies, developing financing plans and projections, supporting subsidiary financing projects and initiatives, and providing periodic reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions
Manage, analyze, and implement financing and financial risk management strategies including debt and equity issuances
Coordinate and manage the execution of successful financing transactions to ensure funds are available to meet the companys ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Maintain strong relationships with commercial and investment bankers, rating agency analysts, and other key external partners
Manage and analyze the credit worthiness of the financing plan and develop rating agency presentations
Develop and analyze financing and interest expense projections while working closely with the Financial Planning team
Provide periodic reporting to the Accounting and Financial Planning teams, including variance explanations and updates to NiSources capital structure, liquidity, and maturity profiles
Prepare schedules and disclosures for Treasury sections of NiSources earnings materials and SEC filings
Prepare materials and reports for senior management and the NiSource Board of Directors
Support Regulatory teams through prompt and accurate responses to rate case inquiries, data requests, and financing applications
Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts
Required Qualifications For Position
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related discipline
Prior experience with financial analysis, modeling and/or valuation
Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing with senior leaders
Strong financial acumen and capital markets knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong modeling and scenario analysis capabilities
Ability to lead projects and drive execution
Ability to work independently, exercise appropriate judgement, and effectively organize/prioritize work to meet deadlines
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
MBA
2 or more years supervisory experience
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Work Authorization
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Salary Range*:
$129,500.00 - $194,300.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidates skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
