Our Seattle-based client is looking for an AP Analyst. Candidate must have 1+ years of Accounting experience, knowledge of Accounts Payable, and be team oriented. The AP Analyst role consists of reviewing and researching invoices, credit balances, and vendor approvals.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing an researching AP invoices in the que
Answering 2-5 vendor calls weekly
Basic administrative duties- mail, mail returns, checks, etc
Utilize NetSuite and Excel for AP tracking and reviewing
